Research On Bank Product Innovation Capability Evaluation Models

The basic direction of the world first class banks'product innovation work is customer-centered concept. Based on the product innovation experience of the world first-class banks, firstly this research puts forward the bank product innovation process operational capability evaluation model, secondly sets up the bank product innovation function design capability evaluation model, thirdly sets up the bank product innovation results applicable capability evaluation model and finally sets up the bank product innovation organizational management capability evaluation model. The research resalts of this thesis have important meanings theoretically and practically for Chinese banks which are experiencing the dual challenges of arduous tasks of strategic transformation and facing the competition from the first class international banks in China.There are seven chapters of this thesis. The first chapter is the preamble. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of bank product innovation capacity evaluation model. The third chapter is bank product innovation process operational capability evaluation model. The fourth chapter is the bank product innovation function design capability evaluation model. The fifth chapter is bank product innovation results applicable capability evaluation model. The sixth chapter is bank product innovation organizational management capability evaluation model.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The main work of the thesis is as the following:(1) Establish the product innovation process operational capability evaluation model and find the approaches to raise the qualities and efficiencies of banks' product innovation process through combing market research technology, six sigma design technology, product innovation lab and modular management to put forward creatively the product innovation process system model which characterized by market-driven, parallel and collaboration, process control, mixing and integration, risk and reward dynamic balance as well and establish the product innovation process for the customers.(2) Establish the bank product innovation function design capability evaluation model. Through social network analytical methodology to find the most important element which impacts the personal loan requirements and its relationship with other elements. Establish customer requirement relationship model of the bank product innovation, which provides foundations for designing personal loan innovative product based on key elements and critical elements.(3) Establish the bank product innovation results applicable capability evaluation model. Through the bank product innovation reliability& validity testing and screening on the index system which is directly related with bank's product innovation to solve the problem that there are no appropriate evaluation index systems for the customer usability testing. Through structural equation model to disclose the internal relationship of the potential variables of the index system; through the objective weight to analyze quantitatively the impact of the key drivers that impact the customers' usability.(4) Establish the bank product innovation organizational management capability evaluation model. Through establishing the product innovation organizational capability evaluation index system which are fit for the Chinese banks to evaluate comprehensively the bank product innovation environment and conditions, reflec(?) the banks' current product innovation organizational capability and solve the problems of strategical choice for the banks' product innovation environment to maintain the sustainable product innovation capability.
