Resaerching The Introducing The Trust Echanism Into The Land Circulation

In social practice, taking the benefit as a drive will continuously promote the development of society. Because agriculture is the foundation of the material production for human society development, the food safety is material guarantee of national sustainable development. Besides, China is a large agricultural country. So the farmer living and working in peace and contentment is the chief concern in the society development. Based on the rural land circulation, the thesis expounds the deficiency of the land circulation in our country, discusses the feasibility of introducing the trust into rural land circulation and analyzes the operation process, to increase the farmers’income, improve the economic level, and accelerate the reform of agricultural science and technology, so as to solve our "Sannong" problems, i.e. the problems of agriculture, farmer, and rural area.The preface explicates the purpose of the study is to introduce the trust mechanism into the rural land circulation. Besides, the significance of introduction of trust mechanism is analyzed in the preface. Furthermore, the significance of the study and the specific method is put forward.In the second section, from the development course of China’s rural land circulation, the article analyzes the situation of our rural land circulation. The rural land circulation is divided into four stages mainly on time and the characteristics of development, namely, the embryonic stage, the progressive stage of development, unbalanced development stage, and gradually perfect stage. In the part, the connotation and features of rural land circulation as well as the existing problems is also discussed.The third part and the fourth part are respectively analyzed the feasibility of our rural land circulation from theory and practice. The advantage and the feasibility of rural land trust according to the basic theory of trust, market efficiency and transaction cost theory. Finally, the necessity of land trust executed in our country is also referred.As the focus of the article, the fifth part firstly imagines the operation process of the introduction of land trust mechanism in detail. Secondly, taken the rural land trust as the breakthrough point, the thesis has a tentative idea on the trust way, the entrusted way, and the different choices in different area. The legal relationship among subjects of the rural land trust is also elaborated. Finally, the existing constraints in the introduction of trust mechanism are analyzed, and the function of the government is given a preliminary description. Through deep discussion in the part, it will be a promotion for increasing the speed of rural land circulation, accelerating the development of rural economy, and increasing the farmers’income, which is also the author’s original intention and purpose.
