It’s200years of history since family enterprise began in the British industrial revolution of18th century. The family enterprise has got great achievements that make the world sit up and take notice. Family enter prise has got a more rapid growth for20years since China began to take reform and opening to the outside world policy, which has made great contribution for china’s economy development. This can prove that the existence and development of family enterprise still has its inherent advantage and reasonality. The family enterprise characteristics and family values impel the family member take active participation in the enterprise management and control. The family leader and the culture of enterprise has a signification effection on the development and achievement,. Many aspects in the family enterprise make family enterprise different from non-family enterprises in company management, management structure, organization and management style, and the strategic behavior. It is because of its existence uniqueness in the theory and practice and the important role that family enterprise acts in national and global economy, family enterprise internal relationship management problems becomes the main research contents of this paper.According to family enterprise internal relationship management problems, with comprehensive use of literature study, and the empirical analysis, on the basis of the precedent researches, this paper put forward relationship management factors research model. That is, to analysis the relationship between various factors of the family enterprise management relationship, and the family enterprise performance impact, by research and investigation on the family enterprises in the industry cluster of hebei province; to vertify the above theory analysis, by research statistical data on investigation result. This study, on the one hand, provide guidance and advice for family enterprises in the relationship management of enterprise management; On the other hand, due to the different performances between family enterprise and non-family enterprise, the relationship management impact on family enterprise performance, also provides the main work and direction reference for the enterprise in setting internal management mechanism.This paper is divided into six chapters. Firstly, it briefly summarizes the research significance and background, conceptual framework, innovation and limitations of this paper. Secondly, it explains the meaning of the family enterprise, management of family enterprise relationship, family enterprise performance and related theory. Thirdly, throught the research and analysis of other scholars existing research results, it puts forward seven factors of relationship management (trust, social interaction, family participation, centralized degree, specific knowledge, enterprise culture) and two other factors of family business performance (enterprise growth, family achievement) and make relevant hypothesis. Then it designes and screens the questions of the questionnaire based on each variables and confirms the selection of samples. Through the questionnaire survey, it collects, collates and analyzes date, using Spss16.0for reliability and validity testing, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis and other methods to analyse the variables. Finally, the sixth part will interpret the analysis results and put forward some suggestions for family enterprise relationship management on all aspects.
