Along With economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more fierce market competition, they are in urgent need to improve their ability of technical innovation, so as to get more market value and competitive advantage.Technical innovation is the motive power of the survival and development of the enterprise, without technology innovation, the enterprise will lose vitality. For a long time, enterprises in our country develop fast and have made great achievements, but the market environment they are exposed to is not optimistic, the competition becomes gradually fierce between enterprises, this phenomenon brings great pressure to enterprises. The only way for the enterprise to win in the fierce market competition is technology innovation. In recent years, although the technology innovation of enterprise in our country develops continually, some problems still exist for a long time, for example, the innovation efficiency is low, the commercialization cycle of scientific and technological achievements is long and so on. This phenomenon is a result of many aspects, the most important reason is that technological innovation process of the enterprise has the obstacles in research and development-marketing interface. Therefore, further explore the cause of the interface obstacles in technology innovation of enterprise and systematic study the theory and method of the technology innovation interface management in enterprise are very important to improve efficiency and benefit of technology innovation of the enterprise. For a long time, scholars both at home and abroad began to focus on the influence on innovation achievements that created by the research and development-marketing interface management of enterprise, they carried out related research, but the results are very different, and most of the research stay in the stage of qualitative researchThis paper is based on the study of literature, start from the interface management, technical innovation theory, analysis the influence factors of research and development-marketing interface management of the enterprise, including the factors related to senior management, the factors related to information communication, the factors related to structure of the organization, the factors related to culture and so on. And also put forward the concept model of the innovation achievements created by the research and development-marketing interface management in technical innovation process, then put forward hypothesis based on four factors, design questionnaire and do empirical research. Finally, based on above theory research and empirical study, the paper analysis the cause of research and development-marketing interface and put forward the measures to improve the research and development-marketing interface management of the enterprise, and provides operational method to improve the level of research and development-marketing interface management and technical innovation ability and promote the development of enterprise.
