Under the guidance of temptation of rapid economic development and quick success and instant benefit, some construction companies that lack knowledge of area with some innate defects of industrial chain in which they face, have a lack of in-depth study and exploration on efficiency sources and future development, and then fall into homogeneous competitive market with great supply flexibility deeply. This leads to enterprises slide into the difficult position of survival, but also trouble the healthy development of industry. Therefore, construction companies choose to take strategic adjustment and systematic lean management, which has become an important issue at present, even in the future.This paper in the view of the status of construction companies, is based on the research of concrete evidence in Hunan No3Construction and Engineering Co. LTD.,introduces systematic lean management ideology, namely "three dimensions"、"four subs"、"five essentials"、"eight methods", constructs theoretical framework systematic lean management, explores the critical framework of applied practice,and four stages of specific implementation process of assessment, design, implementation systematic re-assessment. This paper takes example of applied practice in Hunan No3Construction and Engineering Co. LTD, summarizes and assess the significance of applied practice of systematic lean management, the result is of theoretical and practical significance to development of construction companies in China.
