With rapid deterioration of the global environment and improvement of people’s environmental protection consciousness,all countries are seeking to develop a win-win model of economic benefit and environmental protection,lean and green is coming with the trend.Based on the principle of lean production,environmental factors are considered into the enterprise’s production process,and this thesis regards a water company as the research object based on systematic dynamics simulation model,in order to study how much value lean and green brings to the enterprise,this thesis has made some concrete work as follows:1.To conclude domestic and foreign related research about lean and green,this thesis has found the problems of domestic and foreign research,which are mostly biased in theoretical research and qualitative research,lack of quantitative analysis and convincing proof,this thesis will combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,instruct enterprises how to implement lean and green.2.Through preliminary investigation,collect relevant data,select relevant variables of lean and green with factor analysis method and AHP,through analysis of the relationship between variables,this thesis build the overall framework of lean and green,including government,customers,managers and employees.3.The SD model is based on a water company.Based on analysis of causal relationship between variables in the system,the thesis constructs the causality diagram,and then constructs the structure model diagram,use statistical method of regression analysis to determine functional relationship among variables in the model.4.Regarding a water company as a case,study how much benefits what lean and green brings.Through basic operation and simulation of the model,analyzes how key parameters influence,and analyze results,then gives corresponding strategies.5.Through results of the model,the thesis proposes the strategy for water supply industry.Through sensitivity analysis of the model,it is found that relationship among government,customer,managers and employees,which are mutual influence each other.Based on this relationship,from the view of government,customers,managers,employees,proposes feasible suggestions in order to realize win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits for the whole system.
