Making use of capital market the state actively supports agricultural listed companies to meet with the need of enterprise development funds, purposes to encourage agricultural listed companies to promote process industrialization exploring and agricultural industrialization in China. However, in practice many agricultural listed companies chose different industrial organization model in according of oneself circumstance to manage and operate. This may both bring about opportunities for a company’s development and add the risks of an enterprise’s operation. At present, how about management performances of agricultural listed companies in different modes of industrial organization in china? How did industrial organization mode effect upon those agricultural listed companies in china? And which mode of industrial organization needs to be chosen? All those problems need to be resolved as soon as possible.Through the research about management performance and the relation between management performance and industrial organization model, we found that:First, in the selected sample of44agricultural companies, around the main business for vertical integration and horizontal integration management of agricultural listed companies to27.27%and38.64%, respectively, while a quarter of these companies involved in finance, real estate and other sectors with higher profitability of diversification, and only9.09%chooses simplification of business model. Second, in addition to the Fu Co., Huaying agriculture, Zhangzi Island Fishery Group, Ltd. Denghai seeds co. and so on9listed companies have comprehensive performance of agriculture and relatively high scores, the performances are relatively well, most of the rest of agricultural companies in China is in generally or poor performance. Third, the profit factor has the largest weight in the five common factors (25.2%), when calculating the comprehensive performance scores. which indicates that the profit factor of agricultural listed companies has the biggest effect on the overall business in China, so it is the most important means to improve the enterprise management performance by improving the profitability. Forth, agricultural listed companies should focus on the development of the main business area, and develop their own core competitive power. According to the enterprise’s own strength and specific operating conditions take integrated operation to reduce unnecessary transaction cost, full use of remaining resources and spread the risk of operation.In conclusion, according the research results this article proposes some targeted policy recommendations to promote agricultural listed companies’ development healthily and constantly, and to accelerate the process of industrialization of our country agriculture.
