This paper aims to explore ourmulti-level quantitative methods old-age insurance system in all levels of securityobjects, the main responsibility, the level of protection and the protection mode andthe structural relationship between the ratio between all levels.First, this article will comb through the literature method of multi-leveltheoretical basis for old-age insurance system, combined with targets related to theintegration of urban and rural areas set up to extract the multi-level urba and ruralpension insurance system, the key factor.Secondly, on the one hand, in order to promote global macro multi-level old-age insurance, the key elements and multi-level world-wide overview of the practice ofold-age insurance, to sum up the multi-level old-age insurance system, the main basisfor determining the mix; the other hand, micro multi-level old-age insurance to clarifyChina’s research and development status, identify China’s current multi-level mix ofold-age insurance system problems and problem-solving needed in externalconditions.Again, from the multi-level old-age insurance system theory, and in accordancewith China’s actual development, build economic and social development to adapt tothe requirements of multi-level old-age insurance system, the objectives, principles,contents and structure of relations, and internal security object, the mainresponsibility, the level of protection and the protection mode structure depth of itsmulti-level old-age insurance system after the proportion of preparation.Finally, according to the theory and practice before the Institute resultingmulti-level old-age insurance to determine the proportion of the key elements andstructural relationship with the World Bank’s PROST pension tools and the previouschapter, the structure of multi-level old-age insurance system, combined withmacroeconomic theory model assumptions, equations and assumptions andparameters to define and establish the system dynamic model of the existingeconomic conditions, the use of model results, with a view to a multi-level old-ageinsurance system in China’s reform policy recommendations.
