Started in1977, Yunnan T Company is the earliest high-tech enterprises that engaged in researching, manufacturing and marketing of silicon Photovoltaic solar cell, module, system and Relevant Products. The company is also the only large-scale enterprise that pursuit in manufacturing of silicon products in Yunnan, It is one of the Provincial key enterprises.From the year of2011, there is a big change in external environment of Solar-Photovoltaic. To demanding, accompany with the sustained downturn of macro-economy worldwide, leading market of photovoltaic began to slash the subsidy of photovoltaic; International trade protectionism rise up, and aim at Chinese products to set up some trade barrier, the situation of rapid growth in demanding gradually disappear. To supplying, Blind Construction and Extensive Expand lead to over capacity. Photovoltaic faced adverse situation of decelerated growth and seriously overproduction. From the year of2012, a large number of PV manufacturing enterprises home and abroad began to layoff the staff and close some factory, some even falls into bankruptcy. As an old historical PV manufacturing company, Yunnan T Company confronted similar situation. Because of great changes in macro-environment, industrial policy and industry environment, traditional managing strategy can not adapt to the brand new situation, strategic transformation is very necessary. Strategic transformation is the center of this essay, from reason analyzes to construct new strategy, the writer tried to take market development as the example and give out some feasible measure.According to the basic theory of Strategic Management, combine with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, start from the external and internal environment of PV, the writer analyze the deep reason of strategy transfer.
