Construction Of Economic Evaluation Index System Of Marshalling Yard In China

The importance and position in actual operation of marshalling stations in the railway network in our country is self-evident. And this situation will continue in the future for a long period of time. According to the "Planning", as of2010, the construction direction of marshalling stations is to adjust, modify or expand the existing station layout rather than building a new marshalling station. Reviewing the development process of marshalling stations in our country, the building of marshalling stations has successful experiences and failing lessons. How to apply these experiences and lessons in the building of marshalling stations in the future remains to be solved. Based on this background,this paper will evaluate marshalling stations using the data in their actual operation.When study the index system, firstly this paper gives three aspects of the evaluation of marshalling stations on:the layout, operation efficiency and economic adaptability. Secondly, this paper conclude the index and analysis method of each key factor. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) method will be used in the evaluation of the operation efficiency of marshalling stations. The evaluation of the layout and economic adaptability of marshalling stations will use principal component analysis method. Then, in the selection of the comprehensive evaluation method of marshalling stations, this paper selects analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to solve the weights of the indexes and the evaluation results are solved by using the weighted average method. In this paper, the selection of indexes will comply with the principle of index selection as far as possible. At last, the paper take the marshalling stations of Shanghai Railway Bureau for example, to Verify the evaluation index system.This paper establishes the evaluation index system of the marshalling station, based on the research results at home and abroad, and concludes the corresponding analysis method of the key factors of the and overall analysis method, which promote the study of evaluation theory and method of the marshalling station.
