This article through the in-depth analysis the EPC mode of the power project under the necessity of general contracting and development prospects, combined with my analysis of the total electricity contract engineering practice and instances of EPC facing difficulties and resolve method to provide a reference for EPC model better services for power engineering construction.The general idea is gradually turning from the traditional EPC turnkey way into a whole process controlling management, that is use management of "powerful owner, professional consulting and EPC.Currently for power engineering construction, the owners are generally commissioned the engineering firm or capable of EPC project designing institute. How to make effective control of the construction progress, quality, costs and safety, safe operation of the production with the long-period, to maximize the benefits of the entire project, is the ultimate goal of EPC contracting. Solution is based on the EPC contract management mode, with the introduction of the construction supervision for safety quality progress, design supervision for EPC design control, equipment supervision for equipment fabrication and supplier management system control,planning and business supervision for project costs control, to control the whole aspects under EPC scope and responsible for user.
