Global business has been suppressed by the European and American financial crises. Extensive management and high energy consumption way of Chinese financial services has became to be lack of competitive already. The lean and efficient development is the foundation of customer volume explode and enterprise value addition.This essay will use three theories, Lean theory, six sigma theory, and financial services marketing theory to explain customer care in domestic and foreign banking sections. Also, it will focus on those successful applications in banking sections. Finally, this essay makes a conclusion that those theories contribute greatly on customer service in financial services institutions’business market share improvement and profit increasing.The research result mentioned that the combination of Lean Theory, Six Sigma Theory and Financial Services Marketing Theory has a significant effect on meeting customer demands, decreasing cost and business efficiency.
