The Research Of Impact Of Undertaking Global Service Outsourcing To Influnce Service Industry Structure Upgrading

Since the1990s, the multinational companies formed global manufacturingindustry wave shift by outsourced manufacturing. With this opportunity, Chinaactively participated in international division of manufacturing, and made themanufacturing industry developed rapidly till it kept growing up for the "factory ofthe world". In the21st century, along with the progress of information technology,multinational companies raised service industry shift wave by service outsourcing.ITO and BPO are the mainly contents of service outsourcing which is an importantpart of modern service industry, and energetically developing of service outsourcinghas an important strategy significance of improving modern service, optimizingservice industry structure, and promoting economy sustainable development.Firstly, we analyze the theory of China undertaking global service outsourcingeffecting service internal structure upgrade, mainly from three parts: promoting thetechnology growth of service industry, optimizing the factor endowment, and analyzethe influence structure of undertaking global service outsourcing impact the serviceindustry structure upgrading.Then, we analyses the states of china undertaking global service outsourcing andservice industry internal. This part including two aspects: the states and features ofchina undertaking global service outsourcing now; selecting three demonstrationcities of service outsourcing (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai) for represent, and accordingto the analysis of their trend of changing of internal structural to reflect the currenttrend of the development of Chinese service outsourcing.Next, we do empirically proving basing on the theory frame. And the resultspoint that, the index of undertaking global service outsourcing influencing serviceindustry upgrading is0.254408, and this result is weaker than the influence ofdomestic request. But the output growth of service industry has no dramatic influenceon the service industry structure. The index of service technology improvementinfluencing service industry upgrading is2.198301, while the promoting of serviceproduction factor endowment influencing the service industry structure upgrading is0.387936. All these result shows that, at present, the impact of improvement ofservice industry technology is lager than the optimization of service industryproduction factor endowment, and at the same time, the improvement of service tradestructure has no obvious result on the service industry structure upgrading.At last, basing on analysis upside, we give some suggestions.
