Research On The Relationship Between Safety Leadership, Safety Atmosphere And Employee Safety Behavior Of Oil Companies

As a strategic and pillar industry,petroleum plays an important role in China's economic construction and social development.However,the characteristics of the high risk operation in the oil industry determine the importance of the safety prevention of oil companies,and any loose management and operation may result in the occurrence of major accidents.The oil companies not safety accidents in recent years,it is not difficult to find the safe management of petroleum enterprise employees' safety behavior loose,improper operation,enterprise security awareness is weak leading to the direct cause of frequent accidents in petroleum enterprises.Accident prevention and measures will eventually be implemented in the scope of safety management functions,so it is necessary for the relationship between safety climate and safety leadership,employee safety behavior were studied,and the weak link of the safety management of oil enterprises to respond effectively,to prevent and reduce the possibility of accidents of oil the enterprise provides direct support.In view of this,this article from the actual situation of the safety management of petroleum enterprises,the team safety leadership,corporate safety climate and employee safety behavior of the relevant theories are summarized and summarized.On the basis of summarizing literature,focusing on the model assumptions and Research on safety leadership,safety climate and employee safety act 22,and through the mediating effect of safety climate,to explore the indirect effect of safety leadership on employees' safety behavior.Firstly,through a series of literature search,translation,considering the special situation of petroleum enterprise the questionnaire and correction of multiple design,and the operation area of petroleum enterprises related to the leadership of staff sampling and collecting samples of the two.Secondly,this paper uses SPSS to carry on the correlation analysis,factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis to the design questionnaire.Finally,this paper uses AOMS to simulate,revise and evaluate the model,and then determine the final model of the factors affecting the safety leadership,safety climate and employee safety behavior.In this paper,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the safety guidance,safety concerns and safety control of the team leaders have a significant positive impact on the employee's safety climate.(2)have a significant positive effect of team staff safety consciousness,safety communication between employees and supervisors,team positive safety supervision behavior on employee safety behavior(3)safety guidance,team leadership on employee safety care,leadership team of staff safety control on employee saf'ety behavior has a positive significant effect.(4)the team leadership also indirectly affect the safety behavior of employee safety communication team leadership and employee safety awareness,and supervisor behavior.safety behavior and safety control of the enterprise leadership team.The article shows that the enforcement of safety and improve the safety rales and regulations to implement the leadership team,build harmonious atmosphere of safety,thus reducing oil employee's unsafe behavior,to ensure the safety operation of petroleum operation area funny.
