Research On The Development Of China’s Sunshine Private Funds

In order to promote the development of China’s Sunshine Private Funds, tooptimize the market structure of capital market and to satisfy the increasing needs ofinvestments, this paper theoretically analyzes the developing progress of China’ssunshine private funds and find out the problems of it, which are, the unlawful actslimit the healthy development of it, the phenomena of public offering increases, thenumber of regulators is large, the supervision is hard to control, the development ofsunshine private funds is suffocated and the differences of the abilities of managersis large. The reason of the phenomena is the incomplete law system, unclearsupervisor, incomplete credit system and weak capacities of innovation. The paperprovides the following suggestions that to correct the Law of Securities FundInvestment, to perfect supervising system and to encourage the development oflimited cooperative sunshine private funds.
