Sustainable Development Of China Sunshine Private Placement Fund

In 2016,China issued more than 120 private sunshine funds,a record high.In the first half of 2017,the growth was more rapid.The number of fund products issued in the market was 1.5 times that of the first year.However,with the change of the market environment,from the second half of 2007,the development speed of domestic private sunshine fund gradually slowed down.At this stage,China's private sunshine fund is experiencing a bottleneck period of rapid development and differentiation.How to standardize the development of China's private funds,regulate the flow of market funds,and promote the balanced development of China's financial market,need to be studied in depthBased on the logical sequence of "the emergence and development of sunshine private equity funds,the sustainable development performance of sunshine private equity funds,the analysis of existing problems and causes,research suggestions and conclusions",this paper uses modem economic and financial theory and research methods,and concludes that the sustainable development performance of sunshine private equity funds in China is lower than that of public funds.The main problems are the imperfect legal position of the sunshine private equity fund,the illegal operation of the sunshine private equity fund,the unreasonable bottom profit,the Improper Transaction of the managers,the distortion of the market order,and the confusion of the investment value.The main reasons for these problems are imperfect laws and regulations,moral hazards can not be avoided,lack of external supervision and management measures,fund management personnel supervision is not in place.In order to promote the sustainable development of Sunshine Private Equity Fund,it is necessary to establish relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible,standardize information disclosure,crack down on false information,carry out government-level supervision and management,examine the qualifications of managers,and promote the sustainable development of Sunshine Private Equity Fund.
