Since2010, the word "transformation" has become the most popular word in China.The outbreak of the international financial crisis in2008, to bring development to the Chinese economy, but also provides a new opportunity for transformation in the historical process of economic restructuring, enterprise groups as an outstanding representative of the Chinese companies listed shoulder pivotal role. The success or failure of the transformation of listed companies in Zhejiang, related to the stability and development of the entire economy in Zhejiang enterprises in Zhejiang, Zhejiang, as well as economic development of great practical significance.In this paper, after drawing on the basis of a large number of documents, we start from the concept of transformation, and then by understanding the definition of the concept of business transformation, the paper determine to focus on the study: Zhejiang listed enterprise’s business transformation. Depth discussion from the business transformation connotation, characteristics, motivation, and other aspects of the business transformation by the type of business transformation, from the perspective of quantitative and qualitative classification of business transformation, business transformation into cross-industry restructuring and transformation within the industry and diversified transformation also fall into the scope of cross-industry restructuring.
