The Empirical Study Of The Relationship Between Innovation Capacity And Firm Performance For LED Listed Company

China attaches great importance to energy conservation and emissions reduction.In 2006,China began to develop the LED industry.LED industry has been rapid development for ten years.Now It is necessary for us to study the LED industry.With the accelerated process of economic developing,how to effectively improve innovation ability of LED industry,to maintain the sustainable development and improve enterprise performance,which is undoubtedly problems that the enterprise need to concern.Researching the innovation ability relationship with performance,not only guiding for development of enterprises,but acting on formulating policies from government as a reference.First,we combined the literature for enterprise innovation capability and explained the mechanism of action of the innovation capacity of enterprises on business performance.We selected 27 LED listed company as the research object,and collected the annual report data of 2012-2014.Then enterprises innovation ability evaluation index system and enterprises innovation ability evaluation model based on factor analysis was build.After the main factors and innovation ability scores were calculated,these scores were analyzed objectively.In the end,we use empirical methods to analyze the relationship between innovative ability and corporate performance of the LED listed companies.
