| In2008, the bank of Minsheng proposed the concept of “small micro-finance†inthe first time. By the end of2011, the business scale of Minsheng has exceeded200billion RMB, and the small micro-finance has changed remarkably, which has threesignificant aspects:(1) entering into a period of balanced development from acceleratedevelopment;(2) entering into the fierce competition stage from exclusive dealing;(3)entering into the stage of establishment and optimization mode from active exploratorymode.Based on the small micro-financial customers of Minsheng bank Chengdu Branch,combined with small micro-enterprise characteristics and the core concept ofmicro-finance, this paper described Minsheng bank how to promote the implementationof corporate finance and commercial transactions effectively by financial services ofindustry chain and the use of bank credit to enhance the commercial credit. Accordingto the demand analysis of liquor dealers and supermarkets suppliers, this paper pointsout that cluster development is an important way for the small micro-enterprisesenhances their competitiveness, and it is also an important feature of smallmicro-finance business model. The conclusion of this study is conducive to the openingof small micro-finance market of Minsheng bank, and makes it stand out from thefinancial institutions which are in an increasingly homogenization competition, and sothat the small micro-finance for Minsheng Bank will into a sustainable business model. |
