The international sales team of IMIHK is sitting in a stage of stabledevelopment now. In such an important period of development, to discoverand solve some problems of the construction and management of salesteam is of great significance for the healthy development of the sales team.Therefore, the establishment of the international sales team of ahigh-quality, high performance, high loyalty of rapid diagnostics tests, thegrowth and development in the increasingly fierce market competition hasan important significance.Team building and management of IMIHK International Sales team ofexisting organizational structure is unreasonable, serious interest-orientedsingle indicators of the performance appraisal, low motivation, the trainingsystem is not perfect and other issues. Therefore, the change of the currentmanagement model and the improvement of sales team management areimminent.
