| Public cultural service is an important content of the government’s public service. InChina, because the construction of public culture service system started late, the existingmanagement mode, products supply and service level have some palce that do not fit in theneeds of the people’s cultural needs.Dongguan city ranks a forward-edge position of our country reform and open policy.Economy and culture develop prosperously and the level of cultural service is at the forefrontof China. However, compared with the goal and requirements of systematized construction,there is still a big development space for the public cultural service. I work in the grass-rootscultural unit for a long time, but in the past I just put my back into the grass-roots culturalservice and its product without the theoretical knowledge. After the studying of “the supplychain management†of Wang Aihu, I was inspired and began to use what I learnt to my work.In this article, I tried to apply the methods of supply chain management which is used inthe manufacturing industry and services to the research of the public cultural service. Usingthe commonwealth public cultural services as the main example, I sum up the old scatteredexperience. In the meantime, through the design of the public cultural service product whichis based on the supply chain, I put forward a innovate move that can improve the level ofpublic cultural service from the content, form and management aspect, which ensure the basiccultural rights of the people. All of these can answer the questions such as why we constructthe public cultural service, for who we construct the public cultural service, how we shouldconstruct the public cultural service,and then we can find out the new method of developmentof grass-roots public cultural product. |
