Under the integrated globalization of economy, the supply chain has become one of important means to obtain competitive advantage sustainable development, and lots of research and practice show that the coordination of product development and supply chain is the basic guarantee to achieve a high level of supply chain performance.On the basis of literature study, this paper puts forward to consider the coordinative design of product and supply chain as the research object, and carries out a deep study on the related content. This paper sums up the basic theories and methods related to the product design and supply chain. Based on the analysis of the domestic and overseas research on the alignment of product and supply chain, this paper builds the concept model of the coordination, carries out empirical researches on the domestic manufactures through the questionnaire survey, analyzes with relevant data by the structural equation method to verify the interaction relationship between product design and supply chain. The result shows that the modularity, diversity of new product development have close relationship with the complexity of the supply chain configuration, cooperation and coordination, the level of coordination between them has an important influence on the supply chain performance which delivers the products. In consideration of the interaction relationship between product and supply chain, the paper extends the fuzzy QFD further and applies the method to design of product and supply chain, which building the framework and process of the synchronized design, to ensure the coordination between the products and supply chain. Considering the important influence of the product structure on the supply chain, this paper builds a synchronized optimized method of product structure and supply chain configuration, which aims at the minimum of total cost of the supply chain and the maximum of the compatibility coefficient. The model evaluates the alternative product structures and suppliers, achieves the optimal solution by genetic algorithm, and finally determines the optimal collocation of product structure and supply chain configuration.
