In recent years, with the maturity of Internet technology and its extension, Internet advertising carried by the Internet has been developed rapidly. Internet advertising keeps expanding its market share in the advertising industry with the unique advantage different from traditional media and thus more and more investors turn to focus on this rising hi-tech industry, however, greater risks will be inevitably brought about for Internet advertising investment projects are in the initial stages. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation study on Internet advertising investment projects has important theoretical and practical necessity.This thesis demonstrates the necessity of the study of Internet advertising investment projects under the condition of globalization through analyzing the background and research status of current Internet advertising investment projects. To make a scientific, accurate and reasonable evaluation of the feasibility of Internet advertising investment projects, this thesis divides the comprehensive evaluation indexes of projects into seven aspects—profitability ability, mode of operation, of companies, impact of investment staff, website technology, forecasting and qualification of investors, constructs a comprehensive index system of comprehensive evaluation on Internet advertising investment projects. BP neural network model is built to make comprehensive evaluation study on Internet advertising investment projects. Problems occurring in projects are analyzed profoundly and initial improvements are proposed in this thesis.
