FTA is acting as a central axis to accomplish the worldwide trade liberalization as FTA has been globally spreading with competition.as the global economic depression and the trend of new protectionism are getting grave,and the trade liberalization of GATT and WTO is getting delayed,FTA is spread as an alternative.export is an important economic growth strategy in south korea,south korea is strongly dependant on external trade.and china is now first-largest trading partner.Thus,the korea-china free trade agreement(FTA) in south korea’s foreign trade operations is very important.multilateralism and regionalism in the new world trade order haven been accelerated by cometing among the countries.the main disoutes with establishing the FTA with china were analyzed and the corresponding economic strategies were presented in this paper.the korea-china FTA can promote continued trade liberalization,induce structural reforms in the economies concerned in korea,and widen market access a vibrant economic region in china,where the demand for greater interregional trade is tapidly increasing.It is hoped that economic development in china will become dynamics of that in korean by inversting efficiently in china.on the negative side,the proliferation of bilateral FTA can create the so-called "noodle bowl" effect as multiple rules of origin arising from overlapping agreements cause harm particularly to small and medium enterprises with limited capacity to comply with them.The resulting market fragmentation would be more costlt even for major multinational companies because of rising transation costs and regulatory barriers.the flow of our courtly’s direct inverstment and the associated transfer of technology and know how to smaller economies would also decline.Whether or not the korea-chian FTA was correctly grasped will have a great effect on various industries in Korea. In orther to discuss specifically korea-china FTA,to carry out univerity industry cooperation as soon as possible and to grasp existed obstacle factors of korea-china FTA,mutual position between korea and china need to be considered.all kinds of cooperetions and negotiation issues can be discovered and ueed by political,academic and commercial means.All deviating insecurity induced by increasing in Chinese dependence can intensify the korea-china FTA.
