On the basis of the theoretical review, a method of combining theoretical research and empirical research, the paper selects the employees of B Supermarket Company as an investigation object. Analysis of the B large supermarket chains in the process of human resources management in the formation of the psychological contract and breach of the psychological contract theory is based on the situation. The psychological contract has three major components, namely employee satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment three aspects, including employee satisfaction is the core. Thus, by appropriate choice of the questionnaire can be full evaluation of these three aspects. In this paper, the classic questionnaire Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire B large supermarket chains two stores psychological contract survey questionnaire is divided into three factors analysis. On this basis, the human resource management solution based on the psychological contract, summed up the problems and solutions from three aspects of corporate culture management, the pay system management, employee development management.The results of the B large chain supermarket psychological contract renewal with direct guidance and reference. Meanwhile, we hope that the results of this study can play a role in the personnel management of the retail industry.
