Along with the rapid development of China's economy,the number of domestic enterprises is increasing,providing enough jobs to college graduates.most students found their own work soon after graduation,and willing to show their abilities in this space to achieve their life values. But there are a few college students' employment road is quite difficult, they have no overall assurance on their own career development road and hop blindly , the liquidity of choose and employ persons in different unit is very high. This kind of circumstance brings in different degree of loss to college students' individual and unit of choose and employ persons, It is against the construction of harmonious society, at the same time ,it brings a lot of challenges to college education.Based on this kind of employment background , this article unified the domestic and foreign about college students' employment and the psychological contract theory research achievements , summarized the concept of the psychological contract and adopted the questionnaire way, studied the university graduates employment situation and the reasons for the investigation job-hopping. And then analyzed the inner relationship between the number of job-hopping and the different sexes, different degree and work units. Finally, summarized the factors of affecting the university students' stable employment. Such as social factors,college education factors, organization and management factors and college students' own quality . Meanwhile, through the survey data statistics and analysis , this article classified the college students' professional early stages.Finally, this article put forward countermeasures from four aspects respectively: First, The government will provide for college students' good employment service environment, guide college students'employment training, and encourage my own business; The second, universities should provide undergraduates of professional career education, undertake personalized education for personal characteristics, and put the education into the whole school learning process to help students building up the correct values of employment; the third, organizations can take some measures to promote the development of the unit, to attract and retain more talents; finally,college students shoud keep learning to improve own quality,and have a correct view of job-hopping , establish noble professional values to achieve their career objectives.
