Study On Sustainable Development Models For Anhui Animal Husbandry With The Theory Of Circular Economy

The sustainable development of industries and environmental pollution protecting have become hot issues in current research and practice. Circular economy is essentially a kind of ecological economy. It is a mode of economic development combining comprehensive utilization of resources, clean production, ecological design and sustainable consumption under the guidance of the ideas of sustainable development.The development of animal husbandry has a significance for building a modern agriculture, promoting peasants’ income and speeding up the construction of new socialist countrysides thus to promoting national economy and social stabl development, improving the level of people’s life. In recent years, the development of animal husbandry has been facing more and more problems, such as deterioration of aquaculture environment, constant occurrence of major disease outbreak, and decrease of breeding profits, etc. Development of animal husbandry circular economy is the core of sustainable agricultural development.Using circular economic theory to guide the development of animal husbandry made it conducive to realize the benign interaction of stockbreeding development and environmental protection and to control the occurrence of livestock disease outbreak as to improve overall economic efficiency and realize the healthy, stable and sustainable development in stockbreeding.Firstly, this paper states the relevant theory foundations,connotation, characteristic and basic principles of animal husbandry circular economy to form the theory basis to study.Based on that,it analyzes the current development of animal husbandry circular economy in Anhui Province mainly by collecting information and data including on-the-spot investigation on status of development in typical areas, then furtherly analyzes the basic situation and raising livestock characteristics of animal husbandry development, poultry waste discharge status, pollution situation, amount of potential resources, treatment and utilization of livestock waste in Anhui Province thus to explore the problems existing in animal husbandry circular economy in Anhui Province. Then, related typical models of animal husbandry circular economy development were studied in this paper. With the combination of cases, different modes from angles of economic benefit, ecological benefit and constructability were evaluated in order to discuss patterns suitable for development in various regions of Anhui Province. Based on the analyses above, a comprehensive evaluation system of animal husbandry circular economy development in Anhui Province was established according to the principles of animal husbandry circular economy, including index on resource inputs reducing, resource recycling, economic and social development and ecological benefit. Then comprehensively evaluate developing level of animal husbandry circular economy in Anhui Province by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and methods of comprehensive evaluation to analyze obstacle factors on the basis of evaluation results.The evaluation results showed that: the development of animal husbandry circular economy in Anhui Province kept good structure efficiency, but there remained great imbalance in development condition, which needed further transform on development mode.It’s easily to conclude that index on resource input reducing is the biggest obstacle restricting the development of animal husbandry circular economy in Anhui Province. Finally, strategic thoughts and countermeasures were put forward to further change the development mode of animal husbandry and to develop stockbreeding circular economy in Anhui Province based on comprehensive evaluation resultes.It’s of great theoretical significance and practical value to change the development mode of animal husbandry in Anhui Province and solve all sorts of problems caused by the development of animal husbandry thus to realize the healthy,stable and sustainable development and the construction of ecological anhui through systematic analyses in this paper.
