Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of China Animal Husbandry Economy

China is a country with large population, scarce nature resources and rather backward science and technology development level. With the fast development of our national economy and social productivity, we have created an unprecedented amount of material wealth which basically resolve human food shortage, and in turn accelerate the development of material civilization. Simultaneously, numerous problems are becoming protrudent such as leaping population, over-consumed resources, environmental pollution and ecological destruction and et al., however, these problems have enabled previously rare resources and environments confronting with much more greater pressures than ever, and have generally prohibited the development of economy and the increase of people living standards, even menace human future survival and advancements. Under such a serious condition, through reviewing our past social economy activities and processes, we have been convinced of the fact that our past increase in economy numbers was pursued by high resource consumption, and the traditional model of first pollution, later treatment has not been in consistence with present and future economy developing requirements. Therefore, it is necessary for us to seek a sustainable path to harmonize economy, society, environment and resource, satisfying present while not do harm for future demands.In recent years, our animal husbandry is blooming with noticeable pig industry, poultry industry and feedstuff industry, which production level have reached or exceeded world advanced levels. The percentage of total value of animal husbandry occupying in agriculture has been going up to 40%, even 50% in some areas, and isstill rising, it has generally become the pillar industry in our rural economy. However, we have large population and rare resource, together with weak ecological environment and low utilizing efficiency of resources and backward industry level, all of these problems have seriously inhibited the advancements of our animal husbandry. Consequently, it has become a strategic problem for animal husbandry sustainable development regard as efficiently and scientifically utilizing resources.This thesis firstly analyses the present status of animal husbandry including resource condition, productivity level, raising outline, product framework, feed industry and the tendency of animal husbandry in detail, then describes the significance of establishing animal husbandry sustainable development strategy, finally demonstrates some influencing factors such as, over-loaded rare resources, polluted environment, weak ecology, low safety of animal products, low level of industry, insufficient technology innovation and low education level of industry staff and et al..Based on careful analyses of the aforementioned factors, this thesis establishes an evaluating model of animal husbandry sustainable development and indicates the strategy should focus on the sustainable development in accordance with the present status and influencing factors. Furthermore, it illustrates the measures of guaranteeing animal husbandry sustainable development, such as dependent on sci-tec achievements, developing sci-tec innovation, setting up relative laws and regulations of food safety, developing natural animal husbandry for the purpose of realizing ecological environment circulation and et al.
