Advances in technology and the globalization of the economic make today’s business environment increasingly uncertain and riskful, which requires companies to continue to change itself, continually adapt to changes in the external environment, and to establish and maintain their competitive advantage in a constant change. However, when the enterprise change itself in order to survive and develop, there also generated a series of negative effects correspondingly, where anxiety has been a prominent and common psychological problems in employees. So, in the context of China’s transformation, what kind of anxiety can organizational change will bring to employees? What is the specific mechanism of it? And so on, these are important issues to be solved and explored theoretically and empirically This research introduce the JDC model to explore the relationship between anxiety and organizational change, we except to explore the mechanism of organizational change and anxiety from the perspective of working situations, and to provide a new perspective for anxiety management of staff, at the same time a new management model to improve organizational change. In this research, combined with theoretical research and empirical research, we use literature research, surveys and statistical analysis research methods to explore the relationship between organizational changes and staff anxiety:First, based on reading and analysis of a large number of theoretical literature, we summarizes the status, insufficient and further study of the previous studies, and then made the theoretical problem to be solved in this study and preliminary theoretical idea. Then we collect the data through the questionnaires on the basis of the literature, and use SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0for empirical research. The specific contents are as follows:Chapter1, the introduction. Describe the background and significance of this study, and then explain possible research innovation, as well as research methods and research framework.Chapter2, the theoretical research literature review. Review and summarize the research on organizational change, anxiety, JDC model and the relationships between them.Chapter3, the research design. First, define the study variables and propose the hypotheses and research model on combination of the results of theoretical research; then explain the questionnaire design and data analysis methods.Chapter4, data analysis and discussion. First, we do the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis through the SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0, and then apply the SPSS17.0for the reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and the mediating effect to verify the assumptions and models.Chapter5, research conclusions and suggestions. Summarize the main conclusions of the study, give suggestions, and illuminate limitation and prospect.Through empirical scientific research, this paper makes the following conclusions:(1) Organizational change has a significant positive effect on anxiety.(2) Job demands have a significant positive effect on anxiety.(3)Job control has a significant positive effect on anxiety.(4) Organizational change has a significant positive effect on job demands.(5) Organizational change has a significant positive effect on job control.(6) Job demands play a mediating role between organizational change and anxiety.(7)Job control plays a mediating role between organizational change and anxiety. The innovation of this study is that after we introduce the anxiety into the field of human resources management, this paper suggests that anxiety is an important factor that hinders organizational change, and the job demands and job control play an intermediary role between organizational change and anxiety. There are still some deficiencies in this article, pending further study in the future (1) This article is only cross-sectional study of the relationship between organizational change and anxiety rather than a longitudinal study, organizational change is a complex process, only to do the cross-section may not be sufficient to reveal the mechanism of anxiety.(2) In this study, we measure each variable mainly through filling out a questionnaire anonymously, there is a certain degree of subjectivity.(3) This article studies the relationship between organizational change and anxiety in JDC model perspective. But in addition to the influence of work situational factors, individual characteristics and differences will have some impact on the relationship between organizational change and anxiety, and therefore not perfect.
