Analysis For Profitability Of China Property Insurance Company Based One SEM

As an important indicator to measure enterprise development, Profitability i s a good portrait of the operation of the company. Enterprise’s profitability analysi s make a great scene to the enterprise development strategy. In order to analyze th e gain ability of the enterprise, we need to know which factors affecting the profita bility of the business largley, and how these factors affect the profitability of enterpr (?)ses.This paper uses the new method-structural equation model,it’s different from pr evious studies of the enterprises’ profitability. Compared to these traditional method s such as correlation analysis and factor analysis, the new method has obvious advan tage in simultaneous analysis of multiple variables influence, intermediate variable e ffect and other aspect at least.At the same time,structural equation model needs mor e theoretical basis in analysis.Therefore, after analysing the profitability status of our property companyand the relationship between the single influence factors and the profitability, this paper, by using the structural equation model, general analysethe insurance companies’ profitability, and complete the following two work:(1)establish a set of measurement index system which about general insurance company profitability and related factors.(2)find the solution that the scale of the enterprise of the insurance company has a direct role in the promotion of the insurance companies’ profitability; the more disperser the insurance products business strategy is, thebetterthe insurance company’s profitability are; themore decentralized, more small the risk is, the better the gain ability of the enterprise is. At the same time, enterprise scale has an indirect role to business strategy, and business strategy has an impact to risk factors.
