The importance of the Strategic Committee is evident, Chinese enterprises are also well aware of the role of its enterprise, in recent years, the Strategic Committee of the domestic enterprises to construct a linear rise, disclosures Committee has also been more and more attention.The traditional theory of corporate governance has been unable to meet the requirements of modern enterprises, and in my opinion, the biggest problem is the board of directors board system defects, the execution of the functions of the Board need supervising subject to inspect it, merely by virtue of the annual board meeting is not enough, and the scientific nature of the strategy, the accuracy need more in-depth study of the professionals, these issues are the need for a professional assessment and research institutions on corporate investment projects, when the strategic Committee is made. In the empirical field of domestic research is still blank, so I hope that through their own research, and expectations of modest means in practice for Chinese enterprises specialized committee system.The article from the reality of Chinese enterprises, on the basis of previous research literature, the use of a two-pronged approach of norms and municipal system of China’s Strategy Committee, the status quo, existing problems, as well as the personal characteristics of the chairman of the Strategic Committee of China’s enterprises.
