Desheng Industrial Park has a rapid development with dramatic increase in demand of electricity and the current35kV transformer cannot satisfy it. According to the general requirement of constructing a resource-saving and environmental friendly society by China as well as the principle and thoughts of "capacity increase, voltage rise, generation replacement and channel optimizing" of electric network reconstruction by Jiangsu Power, Desheng Transformer station will be raised to110kV transformation station on its current location.Although the boosting reconstructions of transformer stations are undergoing everywhere, it is the first time in this area to reconstruct directly on the current location. It has many cross works related with construction, power transmission, power transformation and power distribution. It also implements in the current transformer station and under current lines which makes it difficult, dangerous and stringent. The success of this project is not only a great promotion to local economic development, but also an experience of similar projects. It has theoretical and practical value of perfecting construction process, optimizing power grid resources and raising reliability of power transmission.This thesis starts from literature review of domestic and foreign relevant literatures. It then surveys on the project and raises suggestions and improvements. It also probes in the general principles, main thoughts and feasibilities of the reconstruction projects and proofs the difficulties of the project, innovation construction process and makes out rational construction plans.This thesis takes this reconstruction project as carrier, and combines management knowledge in study with practical tasks and ensures the project to complete before summer under the premise of safe and reliable. It sets up a consummate construction process of similar projects and provides theoretical foundation of standardized construction.
