Based On The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Of Food Production Enterprise Credit Assessment

Hunger breeds, food safety is first. Food security is not only concerns the people’s health and social harmony and stability, but also the image of state and government. However, since the Melamine Incident, China’s food safety incidents occurred against the public confidence continuously. According to statistics, the current food safety problems concentrated in food production and processing areas,90%per cent of food insecurity is due to problems in processing layer. Therefore, in strengthening the supervision of food production enterprises, establish food production enterprise credit evaluation system has no time to lose.Firstly, the article on research carried out a detailed analysis of the background, describes the domestic and foreign research status of enterprise credit evaluation, describes food enterprise credit situation and existing problems in China. Secondly, in large amounts on the credit evaluation index system and method of evaluation of credit on the basis of information collected, through comparative analysis, propose and build a set of consistent with our country’s food production enterprise credit evaluation system, including establishment of indicator system and evaluation model. In terms of establishment of indicator system, this article discusses the credit evaluation index system construction principles and design ideas, general enterprise on the basis of credit evaluation indexes for reference, from both qualitative and quantitative indicators to establish credit evaluation index system of food production enterprises. Qualitative indicators focus on solvency, profitability and development prospects; quantitative targets combined with characteristics of food production enterprises, corporate quality, management, credit history and four evaluation of industry food enterprise credit quality. Establishment of evaluation model, in the investigation on the basis of a variety of credit evaluation methods, this article uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and establishment of enterprise credit evaluation model of food production, in AHP to determine the index weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of enterprise credit to food production. Finally, the Suqian city as an example of an enterprise, for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, evaluation of the results obtained, and the results will be analysed. Credit evaluation through implementation, test the feasibility and usefulness of credit evaluation index system and evaluation method.
