In recent years,startups to flourish,but according to the survey of the startup the Genom group3200internet companies in Silicon Valley,only1/12startups to achievebusiness objectives,its success rate was only8.33%,while the domestic entrepreneurial manufacturers,we have no reason to be optimistic.Therefore,more and more researchers into the entrepreneurial field,but the entrepreneurial network has been a great concern,previous studies on the entrepreneurial success and value has been widely recognized,but to theentrepreneurial network the mechanism of action is relatively scarce.In addition,the legitimacy of the researchers generally believe that the legitimacy reflected in entrepreneurial companies at all stages of the importance of the entrepreneurial enterprise,but is still relatively small for the legitimacy of empirical research in the entrepreneurial network.The article is based on this situation by building entrepreneurial networks,the legitimacy,the new corporate performance theoretical model of the three relations,and legitimacy as the mediating variables of entrepreneurial networks and corporate performance,try to use empirical analysis researches entrepreneurial network underlying mechanisms,namely,the legitimacy of the intermediary role between entrepreneurial networks and new business performance in order to better explain the impact of the entrepreneurial network performance.The article reviews the theories of entrepreneurial networks and legitimacy.Entrepreneurial networks,legitimacy,and new business performance relationship between the three are analyzed theoretically.The article also investigate the legitimacy of the intermediary role.The underlying assumptions are based on theretical analysis.At the same time,paperquestionnaires startups in Tianjin,Guangdong,Hangzhou,Shanxi,and so on.The article used SPSS16.0statistical software on the obtained data reliability and validity testing and factor analysis,and used multiple linear regression methods on data an empirical study,analyzed the theoretical model constructed by the aricle.The empirical results show that the positive correlation between entrepreneurial networks and new business performance;positive correlation between entreneurial networks and legitimacy;positive correlation exists between legitimacy and new business performance;legitimacy play a regulatory rale between entrepreneurial networks and new business performance.For a better understanding of the intrinsic role of the entrepreneurial network to new business performance.the study results provide an empirical basis,that is,throngh the network of entrepreneurs,starups not only have access to resources,capital and other resources,but also environment to gain legitimacy,enable enterprises to better adapt to the environment,but also environment to better acceptance of the enterprise.Thus,environment network accessing to market resources directly impacts new business performance,on the other hand,throngh enhancing the legitimacy,and thus indirectly have an impact on firm performance.
