Research On The Relationship Between Dual Network Embedded,Entrepreneurial Ability And Entrepreneurial Performance Of The New Generation Farmers

The root of the development of the modern economic system is the entrepreneurial activity.It is through the entrepreneur's new recombination of the production factors that is the main driving force of the economic development process itself.However,due to the impact of the traditional urban-rural dual economic structure,the combined flow of production factors in rural areas has never been fully activated.Under the background of the current economy entering the new normal and “mass innovation,and people's entrepreneurship”,the Party and the government's Policy makers proposed that the whole society should pay attention to and support young people's innovation and entrepreneurship,and actively implement the entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial actions to deepen the new generation of farmers.The new generation of farmers is the backbone of new rural construction and the main force of rural entrepreneurship,and its success or failure in entrepreneurship is directly related to the demonstration effect of rural entrepreneurship and farmers' rural income increase.This study is based on the survey data of 220 new generations entrepreneurs in 16 regions of Shaanxi Province.The reliability of the data was controlled by reliability analysis and validity analysis and homology bias test.Then the structural equation model was constructed and the dual network was verified empirically using Bootstrap method.The relationship between dual network embedding and entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of farmers,as well as the mediating effect of entrepreneurial ability between dual network embedding and entrepreneurial performance,and robustness in the end using the quantile regression model and the traditional method of testing mediating effects test.The main conclusions of the study are: industrial network embedding and social network embedding are significantly related to entrepreneurial performance in different dimensions of the new generation of farmers' entrepreneurial ventures,but the industrial network and resource integration capabilities are irrelevant,while social network embedding is significantly related to it;opportunity acquisition ability and survival performance and innovative performance are all significantly related,but the resource integration capability is only significantly related to innovative performance;opportunity acquisition ability and resource integration capability are played a fully intermedi dual network ating role between social network embedding and new generation farmers' entrepreneurial survival or innovative performance respectively;Opportunity acquisition ability plays a partial intermediary role between the embeddedness of the industrial network and the survival performance or innovative performance of the new generation peasant entrepreneurship,but the resource integration ability is embedded in the industrial network and the survival performance of the new generation peasant entrepreneurship or there is no intermediary role between innovative performance.
