A Study On Financial Countermeasures In Order To Promote Chinese Upgrading Of Industrial Stucture

The industrial structure has the leading position in the economic structure. It is an important task to realize the upgrading of industrial structure and promote the national economy to develop nicely and fast. The process of upgrading of industrial structure is to realize the continuous optimization of resource allocation, and the basic function of finance is also the resources optimization allocation. Financial development has an important function in promoting the level of one country’s overall economic development and the advance of industrial structure. The role of finance in upgrading of industrial structure remains to be further improved. The paper will study on the financial countermeasures to promote upgrading of industrial structure.In the paper, I have studied the corresponding theories and literature reviews in the foreign and domestic sphere of learning firstly. And then the paper has analyzed the theory and mechanism of the impact of financial to upgrading of industrial structure deeply.Secondly, the paper has discussed the six stages of industrial structure upgrading and displayed the present situation and the existing problems in our country’s industrial structure upgrading. The paper has analyzed the existing problems from three aspects:the credit structure is unreasonable in industrial structure upgrading, the capital market is undeveloped in industrial structure, the investment guide is unreasonable in industrial structure. In order to reveal the relationship between the financial development and industrial structure upgrading, the VAR model has been established, the test results have indicated that the financial development did not improve the industrial structure upgrading perfectly.Finally, the paper has brought the upgrading goals of harmonization and supererogation. The financial countermeasures have produced on the combination of upgrading goals and test results from three aspects. Firstly, to improve and optimize the credit structure adjustment; secondly, to develop the capital market vigorously; thirdly, to improve and correct the investment mechanism.
