Research on the problem of network organization is a hot research topic in recent years, and the relationship between the members of the network organization is the important factor to affect the operating efficiency of the network organization. Many studies certificate that psychological contract can promote the organizational performance in bureaucratic organizational environment, and this page extends psychological contract from the field of hierarchical organization to the inter-organizational relations, based on the theory of psychological contract and inter-organizational relations, it study the psychological contract between the network members, and build the model of psychological contract’s influencing factors, and it provides direction for further study of the role of psychological contract in the network organization. Therefore, this article is mainly based on the theory of psychological contract and inter-organizational relations and used the research methods of empirical analysis and questionnaires, study the impact factors of the psychological contract between the members of the network organization.Based on the research purposes above, through the collation of the literature analysis, depth interviews and open-ended questionnaire, this page initially proposed the model of psychological contract’s influencing factors between the network members, determine the scale items. Then using self-complied pre-test questionnaire pretested. After using the statistics software SPSS17.0to do reliability analysis, item analysis and factor analysis for the forecast data, I fixed items of the pre-test questionnaire, and ultimately determine the formal questionnaire. With Senior and middle management, and the staff who have the experience of external contacts as object of the formal test, and do the reliability and validity testing, project analysis for the formal test results. At last, using the statistical software SPSS17.0do the exploratory factor analysis to validate the model structure. The results of this study indicate that the psychological contract between the members of the network organization consists of two parts, they are the psychological contract between organizations and the psychological contract of the staff with external contacts. Psychological contract between organizations, including three dimensions: transactional responsibility, relational responsibility, and cooperative responsibility; the psychological contract of the staff with external contacts including three dimensions:transactional responsibility, relational responsibility and developmental responsibility.This study established the psychological contract questionnaire based on the relationship between the network organization, and made several suggestions to promote inter-organizational relations. It played a certain role in promoting the further study of the psychological contract between organizations.
