The course of reform and opening up to now in the past thirty-seven years. China has made outstanding achievements in all aspects of the world. Special economic development is a thousand in a day. China’s economy under the reform and opening up.2014 economic output has been ranked second in the world. Beyond Japan in the United States. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, not only massive influx of foreign China, and there has been a large number of foreign enterprises in Chinese roots. Under the background of economic globalization, the rapid growth of enterprises, employees and enterprises need to establish Inter Organizational Psychological Contract and maintenance, to promote the development of enterprises. The construction of psychological contract has guiding significance for promoting the formation of a harmonious labor relationship, improving human resources strategy, the development of compensation and benefits policies, improve the recruitment and training. At present, the general existence of the psychological contract of foreign enterprises is based on economic exchange and the formation of the psychological contract, it is difficult to deal with the impact of the changing environment. The relationship between psychological contract with the enterprise and employees and attract a high degree of interdependence, not only depend on the economic transactions, more high emotional investment and higher employee loyalty is more applicable. So the correct judgment of employee psychological contract types, understand the current situation and its efforts to promote enterprise and a relational psychological contract is particularly important.In this paper, ABC employees as the object of study, the company is a foreign enterprise into China for more than twenty years. Through combing the literature research, the decision uses the questionnaire survey, the staff interview method, the statistical analysis obtains this enterprise staff psychological contract type tendency. By using the theory of human resource management, the management methods of different types of psychological contract were formulated. Enhance employee psychological contract in the relationship between composition, stable relational psychological contract and prompted transactional psychological contract to the relational change and in a more suitable employees of transactional psychological contract of a position, how to make the employment relationship with ABC’s reach to the optimal balance of, for the future development of the ABC, play a positive role in promoting the strategic objectives.
