Research On The Construction Of Overall Risk Management And Control System Of Hunan Xiangjiang Holdings Group

With China’s rapid economic development and investment entities diversification,the group companies are more and more increasingly cross-regional, cross-industrial.Some group companies compete for the benefit of the diversification through theintegration of upstream and downstream strategy. Investment in the related orirrelated industrial projects which frequently transact within the Group, and mutualguarantee, may result in the risks representing systematic, holistic, jointly andseverally, volatility, multiple, seriousness characteristics. Any risk out of control inthe group can jeopardize the results of the group’s reform. Therefore,the authoranalyzes domestic and foreign researches on the overall risk management areas andtargetely propose the overall risk management system of Hunan XiangjiangHoldings Group, in order to richer the theory of overall risk management and providereference to Hunan Xiangjiang Holdings Group in practice.The paper research idea is based on overall risk management theory. Firstly, thispaper researches the history and current situation of overall risk management theory,and grasp the trend of overall risk management theory. Then, combined with theHunan Xiangjiang Holdings Group’s own characteristics and the author’s workingexperience, the overall risk management system has been proposed for HunanXiangjiang Holdings Group. Finally, the paper proposes the safely implementations ofHunan Xiangjiang Holdings Group overall risk management system.The paper established three systems of the overall risk management system ofHunan Xiangjiang Holdings Group: risk management systems, risk managementsupport system and risk management organizational system. Risk management systemincludes the following four areas: risk identification, risk assessment, risk responseand riskmonitoring. Risk management support system contains the following threeaspects:internal management and accounting control systems, risk managementstrategies and risk management information system.risk management organizationsystem contains the following three areas: risk management organization, riskmanagement processes and risk management assessment.At the end of the paper, the author summarizes the full text and put forwardviewpoints on theoretical research and practice development of the next stage.
