Research On Risk Management Of HK Company Based On COSO-ERM Framework

In the market environment,continue to integrate flexible policy,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,promote the realization of business goals,provide a guarantee for the long-term stable development of enterprises,it is an enterprise must face the problem.China's real estate industry started late,but the rapid pace of development,has become a major component of the national economy.But behind the pace of development,there is a huge crisis.In 2002,the real estate bubble made the government have to change the market regulation policies,the introduction of these policies make the real estate companies feel the pressure,to a large extent,affect the development of enterprises.For the real estate business itself,the special nature of the real estate industry,such as the construction cycle is long,involving many links,the project once started,it is difficult to interrupt.So that enterprises are faced with more levels of risk.In the face of the internal and external environment of multi-level risk,the enterprise in order to long-term stable development,we must improve the level of risk management.This paper is based on a comprehensive risk management framework of COSO in HK Company real estate development limited liability company as the object,through observation,interviews and other qualitative analysis methods,the existence of the risk management,analyzes the problems.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods.The second part is the overview of risk management theory.This paper introduces the content of risk management and COSO-ERM framework.In the third part,the author takes HK Company Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.As an example,analyzes the risk management of the company,and puts forward the problems of risk management.In the fourth part,the author designs the comprehensive risk management system of HK Company and puts forward the expectedeffect.The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper,which summarizes the results of this study,and points out the significance of the results of the study on the risk management of the real estate industry.Through in-depth analysis of HK,in the framework of comprehensive risk management,to build a comprehensive risk management system of HK,improve the risk management level of enterprises,to achieve "prevention" effect,expect to have certain reference significance for the small and medium-sized enterprise risk management.
