Current, along with China’s economic development, the acceleration of theprocess of enterprise information, the software industry as a pillar industry ofnational economy has rapid development, but Failures is still present aboutsoftware development projects are often not completed in accordance with theexpected progress or spending far more than the budget. Therefore along withsoftware engineering practice in-depth, combined with software developmentpractical to seek a workable and reasonable risk management system is still anurgent need to address the problem. Therefore, this paper put the tunnelconstruction project software development on the study entrance to explorepractices of protection of enterprise information’s software development projectrisk management, in order to provide a operation mode which is simple andeffective for the future of software project risk management. The main content isas follows:First of all, on the basis of summing up the characteristics of tunnelconstruction and software development, further analysis of the characteristics ofthe tunnel construction software development, then proposes a risk managementframework which has comprehensive risk identification and constant assessingkey risks. The framework laid the foundation for the full text of the study.Secondly, according to the causes and characteristics of the risk of tunnelconstruction software development, we analysis to select the appropriate method-WBS-RBS method, and in practical applications to improve by adding thedimension of expertise, to build three-dimensional risk identification models, lastget the risk identification results.Thirdly, this paper analysis of key risk characteristics of tunnel construction software development, applying of the Bayesian network model to construct theBayesian network structure base on tunnel construction software developmentrisk, computing the probability of risk node and assessing its impact.Finally, this paper combined with the actual software development project-China Railway18th Bureau Zhongtianshan project the dynamic cost controlsystem software development, focusing on the practical application of riskmanagement in this project, propose specific methods and control strategies, inorder to form the solution of the related projects through the practice of specificrisk management activities, and this have a certain reference value, which intheory and practice.
