At the same time, the paper focuses on the analysis of the market environment, the advantages and disadvantages of the project itself, and the construction of a reasonable risk prevention and control system, the use of this strategy to other similar real estate projects are feasible, for real estate companies have a certain guidance and operational significance. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process, Longdong road project in Jinan Xinyuan villa risk evaluation model has been set up and realize the evaluation of risk assessment and risk rank, has the guiding sense to the project risk management and control.
