The melamine event of San Lu Group in2008and the recent event of clenbuterol of Henan Shineway has broken out the widely discussion on the rethinking about the situation of the corporate social responsibility performance (CSP) profoundly and realizing the strategic significant of the corporate social responsibility (CSR). Scholars and entrepreneurs put entire emphasis upon the efficacy about social public opinion, corporate performance etc. which reflected the value maximization of the corporate social responsibility, while the influence path and the difference on the influence path between different stakeholders of the strategic efficacy that the CSR has caused was ignored. It has been widely accepted that the CSR had a significant effect on the corporate competitive advantages, while the talent competitive advantage as one of the core competitive advantage, what gonging to happen that the CSP caused to it?We selected the talent as the research target object, and we divided them into applicants and employees, specifically analyzed the mental activity and behavioral decision after their perception about the CSP respectively, meanwhile, the paper has introduced trust and job embedding as two intermediary variables, then Job-hunting will and staying will as two outcome variables accordingly, finally the paper had built two concept model which are the model based on the view of applicants and the model based on the employees. Before model verification, we estimated the CSP, then we designed an rigorous survey and the final data was used to test the model. The final conclusion was following:first of all, the information about the CSP needs is different. Secondly, the customer and supplier social responsibility and the community responsibility both have a significant impact on the personal decision. Ultimately, all the CSP information that applicants perceived caused significant impact on their job-hunting will, while the employees is not, stockholder responsibility performance has not been test that it impacted the staying will.Based on above research, we presented the managerial suggestions and research flaw. The final suggestions were following:corporate should positively carry out the human resource management responsibility, customer and supplier responsibility and community responsibility for the applicants, while for the employees, customer and supplier responsibility and community responsibility must be emphasized so as to satisfy the need of career and social networking.
