With the development of the socialist market economy, the China’s construction industry has been speeding away in the fast lane. In the period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, it keeps the state of the development trend, even been dubbed the "Chinese construction speed". In such,most a large number of trades and enterprises put to shame by that. The construction industry becomes the object of universal attention. However, it must be noted that the construction industry improving rapidly is a double-edge sword..It will inevitably create some difficult problems, for example, House prices that is inextricably identified with the construction industry keep rising. Unfortunately, because of the cost of the real estate being prohibitive, Most of the people have a lower purchasing power. It may create grave social problems. In order to solve such problems, the state actively strengthens the state’s macro-control,such as, the financial policy which is one of the most important policies. The construction industry maintains manifold links with the China’s financial policy. It is the most effective way by the China’s financial policy controling the construction industry. In the essay, I have attempted to study the proposition of "The Empirical Study of Transmission Effect of China’s Financial Policy on Construction Industry"In this study,1adopt the way of theoretical analysis combined with empirical research. By working with kinds of the financial policies, we can further explore impact of the policy on the construction industry and find the direction of the construction industry which continues to implement the strategy of sustainable development. At the base of reading lots of literature, firstly, I do know with some clarity what the paper will express and hand out an outline of the lecture. Secondly, I proceed from the Financial System and the Financial Policy, and find the impact of the related theoretical of the policy with China’s financial policy in the construction industry, and konw the state of our construction industry in which position it is in the national economy,as well as its impact on peripheral industries. Then, I focus on VAR model demonstration conduction of the financial policy of the construction industry effect. According to the results of the empirical research, we can judge the the degree of impact of financial policy on the construction industry initially, and there are different effect in the different financial policies. Finally, the paper pointed out that the construction industry as one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy, need good guidance of the government. I put forward several recommendations to the government departments. At the same time, according to the conclusion of this thesis, I also looked ahead to the financial policy on the construction industry.The main purpose of this thesis is that conducting the effect of China’s financial policy for the construction industry, and to clear the deep impact of the financial policy of the construction industry, so that the people look through the theoretical data to the true nature of things. At the same time, it can pointe our government to ways in which the construction industry improve themselves, and it can play its guiding function.. As the development of post practical financial policy, it promotes the development of the construction industry, in orde show it can throw a great party in China’s GDP, at the same time, provide forceful support for the harmonious socialist country.
