In the form of our society today, the employment problem of graduates has become the focus of attention of the whole society. With the college enrollment, the rapid expansion of the scale of graduate education, graduate employment issues are also increasingly prominent.Employment is the fundamental of people’s livelihood,the expansion of employment and the enhancement of the quality of employment is the key to protect and improve people’s livelihood. Master Graduates cultured by country is the high-end talent, the elite group,this group can smooth employment not only affect the development of national economy and the progress of science and technology, but also related to social stability and national to education belief. Therefore, the study on master graduate student groups’ employment has certain theoretical and practical significance. This study on the basis of a systematic and comprehensive review and combing the literature at home and abroad about human capital theory, the theory of job search behavior, and about two and occupational status through theoretical derivation puts forward the research model and hypotheses of this study. The author on the basis of the fully reference of the existing research results at home and abroad propose that human capital of master graduate student and job search behavior have significant positive influence to job resultsThis study from two aspects of job behavior frequency and job behavior strength to measure the master’s degree of job behavior, translated and used Blau’s (1993,1994) behavior index scale (JBI) and job behavior intensity scale (JBE); The measurement of Job search results reference scales developed by Yadan (2006) containing three indicators: offer quantity, wages(months) and job satisfaction. Then we conducted the survey in many universities located in Hangzhou to collect first-hand data, using offline questionnaires.We used SPSS17.0to analyze the data we collect and carry out statistical procedures. The main analysis methods in this study is the multivariate linear regression.Through statistical analysis, the main hypothesis of this study are supported or partially supported.All of this prove the model presented in this study is reasonable.After the analysis of213valid questionnaires, the main conclusions on the paper are as follows:(1)Master Graduates’ human capital have a very significant positive impact on the job search results;(2) In the human capital dimensions, Professional knowledge, English proficiency and work internship experience have a significant positive impact on offer quantity and job satisfaction, but academic ability and campus student work to offer quantity and job satisfaction is not obvious;(3) The different dimensions of human capital on wage levels all have significant positive influence on;(4) Job search behavior have a significant positive impact on the job results;(5)The two dimensions of the job search behavior (job search behavior frequency and job search behavior intensity) on the three dimensions of job results (offer quantity,wages, job satisfaction) have a significant positive effect;(6)This research through the variance analysis to analyze the control variables of gender, domicile of origin, political affiliation, marital status to affect the job search results, the analysis results show that only gender, school reputation and marital status have significant influence on job search results.
