Farmers' employment problem is one of the important issues in the course of economic development. Research into the farmers' employment, not only is the urgent requirements which the economical development practise proposed, but also is the economic theory needded to develop. In the research of the farmers' employment, there are basically two ideas: Firstly, from a macro-level social structure analyzes the relations between the employment and various employment-related variables; Secondly, from the micro-level social action analyzes the various influence factors and operational tracks of seeking job and career getting. At present in China economic theory, focus on the employment decisions farmers conduct integrity of the micro-level study and analysis is rarely exposition, Economists will play more attention on the rural labor mobility and migration, which is macro-structure analysis. As a reslut, this paper focuses on the latter, particularly in the less developed areas of the employment farmers micro-level research. In the study, this paper will take the underdeveloped areas farmers economy as an independent economic subject, put on-agricultural employment acts as a rational choice to look at the results. Referring to the theories and methods of the job-related process, tightly around maximize effectiveness and cost-benefit principle, Searching through the theory from the economics angle, on the basis of the existing macro study analyses and proves the farmers who seeks employment behavior of the marketing process in underdeveloped regions.Papers from the full contents composed of six chapters.ChapterⅠ, Introduction. To point out the realisticbackground which the current employment of farmers microscopic behavior research is short of, and in the object of research, on the basis of certain important categories defined, the article discussed the significance of the study, the method, the innovation, the main line, and the main content which this article studied.ChapterⅡ, Review of the literature. As the marketing information non-even distribution, or that the market signals continues to discrete, leading to the possibility and necessity of information searching. In addition, outlined the employment of domestic and foreign farmers theory, the majority of scholars were all study the labor force shift from the macro-level to study labor, rarely from the point of view of microscopic farmers in underdeveloped regions of the employment, which is derived in this paper to a point of departure, ready to pave the section behind.ChapterⅢ, rural labor force market theory. First, analyzes the labor force supply characteristics of the farmers in the course of non-agricultural sector employmen; Then, discussed the decision mechanism of the farmer's balanced wages amd employment numbers. Finally, make the evaluation of the rural labor market theory.ChapterⅣ, the basic search model. Assuming that in the market of non-even distribution of marketing information, all farmers are the same, job-seekers "threshold" are the same high and searching time has no limit, market conditions unchanged, inspected the most simple cases--individual farmers search for the model, deviding it as two situations to disscuss, which are searching for a fixed sample model and model sequences to look for, analyse each of the case, farmers how to decide can reach the maximize revenue targets, Also discussed the search for dynamic theoretical model, studied in a limited time and resource constraints of farmers behavior.ChapterⅤ, the expanding search model. If we relax the assumption that the farmers are different quality, in marketing, there are three different types of farmers who are living in developed areas, the central region and underdeveloped areas, and farmers in underdeveloped regions with insufficient funds, less investment in human capital and social capital accumulation, in light of this situation, add human capital investment and accumulation of social capital to study the search thoretical analysis framework. The results showed that for the farmers in underdeveloped regions of the individual, the greater human capital invested and the more social capital accumulated, the less cost in its decision-making to search for and the greater the impact of the likelihood of success.ChapterⅥ, the empirical testing and the study conclusions. This paper points out the significance of the theoretical studies, provides a number of targeted policies. Moreover, for the deficiencies in the study of the issue and further research directions were made.
