It is worth that we should be alert to potentialrisk factors in the supply chain management. The quality problem of supply chain inproducts is one of the factors that we must be on guard against. In2008, melaminecaused the "poisonous milk powder" incident, which led to the instant collapse of theentire supply chain enterprise in "SanLu Kingdom", so the upstream and downstreamsuppliers, distributors and retailers relevant to the SanLu Group suffered huge losses.This gives us a lot of hits: any quality defect in the supply chain network willgradually enlarged by the transfer process in the flow of supply chain, and thisultimately affects the use of market customers, destroying the impression of enterpriseimage and reputation in consumers. Long-term cooperative partnership of supplychain enterprise profit sharing and risk balancing makes all enterprises in the supplychain share the enormous risk caused by the product quality defects.Now the world of science and technology cross and permeate each other, manystudies have been unable to be solved rely on the theory and method of one field,which leads to the development of many disciplines. Therefore, in this paper by usingthe similarity between the human immune system and supply chain qualitymanagement system and by finding the meeting point between, we treat managementactivities of supply chain quality as immune activity of the supply chain qualitymanagement system. We treat the quality culture as an entry point to the study of thesupply chain immune culture, defining the supply chain immune culture and doing thedeeply analysis on the diffusion and penetration mechanism of the supply chainimmune cultural. In the circumstance of the supply chain immune organizations, bytreating the formation of core enterprise immune culture as the basis, by treating thecompetition and cooperation of immune culture in node enterprise as the power and the supply chain interactions between immune super cycle of culture evolution, webuild a supply chain immune cultural diffusion and permeation model and discuss theconstruction of the supply chain immune cultural diffusion and permeationmechanism. And by the basic of immune culture along with the supply chain diffusionand osmosis route choice we achieve the optimization of supply chain immune culturesystem, achieving rapid identification and clear of supply chain immune system toquality variation, protecting the body stability of supply chain immune system. On thebasis we propose the supply chain immune cultural diffusion and penetrationmeasures, which include the implementation principles of strategy, recommendationsand precautions.Based on the predecessors’ research, this paper uses the biological immunetheory, supply chain quality management theory, corporate culture theory, andorganization culture sharing, diffusion and percolation theory, to simplify complexissues of the supply chain quality immune culture system. By through the defininganalysis of supply chain immune cultural diffusion and permeation mechanism, wepropose the measures of the supply chain immune cultural diffusion and penetrationmechanisms. By through the path selection of supply chain immune cultural diffusionand penetration, we achieve the diffusion and penetration of immune cultural in theway of supply chain, making sure that the supply chain quality immune system canquickly identify and clear quality variation, which ultimately achieves low-cost,meeting the needs of customers quickly and achieving "win-win" situation of theenterprises in the supply chain. In this paper, theoretical research will enrich thetheory of related field, which will be a strong theoretical and practical guidance on thesupply chain quality management in China.
