Study On Supply Chain Partners Quality Contract Model Based On Immune Culture

With the rapid development of the market economy, the competition amongenterprises is constantly upgrading, supply chain management has become the basis ofbusiness operations. However,not only the strong competitiveness which the supplychain management brought to the enterprise, but also a number of potential riskfactors, product quality of supply chain is one of them. In recent years, supply chainquality problems brought huge losses to the enterprises. Today, the salient features ofthe production is to outsource manufacturing and supply chain development, the modeof production based on comparative advantage reduce costs, but also increased thedifficulty of quality control,weakened enterprise control over the quality of theproduct. Sudan of KFC, harmful milk powder incident and Toyota recalls are not abusiness or a personal responsibility, nor the execution question of qualitymanagement,but problems of quality model of the management and supervision.In supply chain, the formation of product quality has several structural features,Such as system correlation, information asymmetry, double marginal and the unstablecooperative relationship, these features make supply chain quality management inenterprise internal quality control more complex and demanding.Similar to biological immune system, supply chain system is also a complexsystem. The immunization is one of the physiological functions of the organism,depending on this feature,the organism recognizes "self" and "non-self" components,thereby to destroy and exclusion antigenic substance into the organism.,or the cells oforganism itself arising from injury or tumor, etc,in order to maintain the health of theorganism. Based on the above, according to the immune theory and the results ofprevious studies, immune culture is the core of the supply chain quality of the innateimmune system. Enhancing the quality cultural level of the supply chain, the innateimmune system is the consolidation and the acquired immune system is innovation andstrengthened. Meanwhile, on the basis of previous model of the supply chain quality contract, I built the supply chain quality contractual relationship model based onimmune culture, and at the end of the article I gave some recommendations of the thesupply chain immune cultural implementation.This paper attempts to defines the supply chain immune cultural and supplychain quality immune culture base on knowledge of immune theory,and build thesupply chain quality contractual relationship model based on immune culture,analyzed the impact of the supply chain immune system to supply chain qualityrevenue,and come to a conclusion that quality immune cultural has a certain rolein maximizing the overall interests of the supply chain, and ultimately achieving thegoal of efficient management. In the perspective of immune to study the supply chainquality culture, riched the theoretical knowledge of this field, and reflected theinterdisciplinary characteristics.
