Optimal Insurance In Kinds Of Insurer’s Loss Limit Model

To present my model that coverage a curve deductible up to a cap. We clarify the prosof my model under some conditions by derivation. We clarify the pros and cons between ourmodel and Chunyang Zhou’s model(model1).In the first chapter,We firstly introduce the concept of risk and some insurance claims.Then we present the significance of the insurance. It is the necessity of prominent below theresearch problem.In the second chapter, We introduced the distribution of insurance claims, such as de-ductible insurance, amount of insurance, stop loss insurance,proportional loss insurance andso on. Then we introduce the properties of pure premium and the calculation of the pure pre-mium under diferent conditions. It is useful to propose claims for us for the following. Inthe last,We introduced some related concepts and several utility function. At the same time,we list the principle and characteristics of some calculating premiums, such as net premiumprinciple, expected value premium principle, variance premium principle, standard deviationprinciple, exponential premium principle and so on.In the third chapter, We firstly introduced the model of Chunyang Zhou, Wenfeng Wu,Chongfeng Wu. We secondly improve it and present our model. We thirdly present condi-tions by calculating and propose an exponential utility function example.In the fourth chapter, We declare the relation between our model3and model1. Wesummarize the cap afects the equation by derivation under certain conditions and comparethe deductible in our model3to the deductible in model1. At the last, we clarify the prosand cons between our model and model1by mapping.
