Residential property management as a real estate development and after-sales service industryis to protect the people’s living environment, improve people’s quality of life emerging industries.Of residential property management in the context of the housing system reform in1981establishedthe first residential property management company-Shenzhen residential property ManagementCompany, has now been30years of development. Nationwide residential property managementcompanies nearly60,000employees in more than250million, has become a sunrise industry withgood prospects for development. Although with the development of residential propertymanagement due to the late start, there are still imperfect theoretical foundations, uneven regionaldevelopment, the low degree of specialization, especially small and medium-sized cities in someinland areas, slower advance of the residential property management.Yangquan City residential property management since it was established in1997as aninland-based small and medium-sized city has experienced from scratch, from small to largedevelopment process. Although a late start, but also has formed a certain scale, residents inresidential property management consciousness gradually enhanced gradually establish a residentialproperty management services market competition mechanism, showing a good momentum ofdevelopment. So far,63residential property management companies, employing up to2500people.Through this analysis found Yangquan City residential property management persists singleproperty management services, employing vocational skills, social relations responsibility is unclear,lag and imperfect system of rules and regulations, residential property management of competitionin the market mechanisms are not yet fully formed. Despite the problems in the developmentprocess of the industry is inevitable, but if the long-term can not be resolved, not only will affect theoverall development of the industry, will affect the of Yangquan City’s urban construction and raisethe level of the overall management. Therefore, this article the Yangquan City residential propertymanagement problems in the analysis, the following improvements will contribute to the furtherdevelopment of Yangquan City residential property management. First, to strengthen the perfectionof Yangquan City residential property management laws and regulations, provide legal developmentwill contribute to the development of the property management. Secondly, as the propertymanagement companies, operating tactics, management philosophy and service content to enhancethe competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, we want to strengthen the community, especially theowners of the spread of modern property management thinking, to improve residential property management.
